There are times when I'm sure I could sink half a bottle of something strong or several of something weaker but I keep taking it #OneDayAtATime #ODAAT.
I kinda wish I could still drink, butt this point it still feels early days on my journey and I definitely do not trust some little part of my psyche. #Running helps, less stress would help more.
