Skipping #OneFilmPerWeek in the cinema this week. Neither of the two films opening are appealing to me right now.

Women Talking looks like it tells an important story, but I’m not in the mood for a tale of toxic masculinity this week.

The other new release is Msgic Mike’s Last Dance. Nope!

I’ll watch something uplifting from my streaming services watch list.

Booked to see Puss in Boots: The Last Wish next Friday.

It won out over The Whale.

I’ve just discovered the 2014 romcom film called What If. It looks exactly the sort of film I like. It dates from before I made a point of checking out the new film releases every week. Which is more justification for #OneFilmPerWeek project being a thing.

Bought it on Apple Store. It’s got a stellar cast.

I might be done for 2022 with cinema trips. Corsage isn't opening in my local Omniplex. It's on in QFT Belfast, but I couldn't be bothered driving to see it there. I can see it on VOD when available.

The only other new film release is I Wanna Dance with Somebody. I'll decide next week whether to go see it or not.

My current total for new films seen in the cinema this year is 29. Hopefully 2023 will see it back to at least 52 for #OneFilmPerWeek
