@DiosYubi and I submitted our entry for #OnePageDungeon.
Here is a preview of the art for it. The woman's name is Kin, a nebula person, blessed with twilight.

isopod - Isopoda is an order of crustaceans that includes woodlice, the pill-bug (or roll-poly), the marine giant isopod, and other relatives. All have rigid, segmented exoskeletons, two pairs of antennae, and seven pairs of jointed limbs on the thorax. Isopods live in the sea, in fresh water, or on land.

Also, I might be thinking of just the general #onepagedungeon experience, not specifically the contest. As in, I believe someone suggested folks put out a 1P dungeon and a bunch of us did. It wasn't necessarily a contest when I did it, or at least I didn't formally enter it, just posted a dungeon with the hash-tag. So I guess I can't actually speak to the contest, but I think my general advice still might apply...
I'm trying to figure out what I want to do with my AP blog posts. I'm not sure what I want to communicate.
Anyway, here's a blog post about tonight's game:

Someone was nice enough to translate The Seer of Mendacium - the one-page dungeon I made for the #MastoDungeon project into Russian:

I was on the last judging committee. It was hard to find folks that could commit the time to get sponsors, take care of the entries, organize the codex, organize the prizes. The last owner's life just caught up w/them and they had to set it aside.
I'm willing to help, since I was kinda there when ChattyDM and I held the first one... but I can't do it all myself.
Volunteers?

I built a little one-page dungeon based on the "How to make a 10 Room/30 Minute Dungeon in 2022" blogpost by Priestess of Spiders during live streams on TikTok and YouTube using all free programs, assets & templates

I went with the Mad Abbot's Lair and really enjoyed it.
Thank you so much for that thread.
It really drove home how important it is to have folks out there curating the fire-hose of information/content/stuff that is out there.

Back in 2008, Dave Bowman of "Sham's Grog & Blog", a D&D OSR blog, and I collaborated to create the One Page Dungeon Template. The rest was all of y'all coming up with some amazing content!

So when it comes to layout for DIY #rpg stuff like #houserules #onepagedungeon s, and #zines a control panel like approach seems to be the way to do it:

Has anyone done a #latex package for this yet?

Made some tweaks and sent them in; the #onepagedungeon people let you update your entry right up to the deadline, which is pretty cool.
Had an interesting thought; there's a bit of a culture in the indie game development community of entering games into game jams and then taking that and turning it into a real game which is sold. I like this. I wonder if people do it in tabletop development? I'm debating taking my #onepagedungeon entry and turning it into a more detailed thing with play notes and not as stripped down and selling it in the DM's Guild or similar. Does everyone already do this? The 1pd version would stay free ofc.
Not sure I can actually fit this dungeon onto one page for the #onepagedungeon contest. Not without having really tiny text, anyway, which is cheating.
