Versuche gerade, auf einem #oneplus3t die neueste #firmware wieder drauf zu machen, um dann mal #ubuntu #touch zu testen.

Das mit der #firmware nach #lineageos will nicht so... die #lineageos #recovery wollte nicht flashen, die #stock #recovery wollte auch nicht.

#twrp hat es dann getan, und nun warte ich seit 4 Minuten ob es nun wirklich startet oder nicht und schaue so auf die #oneplus Bälle...

Worked with previous #oneplus3t, works now as well.
Just had to reinstall everything again ... But hey, a clean start.

Tjo, ich werde mich wohl von meinem #Pixel4a mit #CalyxOS verabschieden müssen. Das Gerät hatte durch einen Unfall schon eine ganz leichte Biegung im Gehäuserahmen, allerdings ohne jegliche Funktionseinschränkungen. Ein paar Monate und ein wenig Spritzwasser später funktioniert der Touchscreen leider nur noch eingeschränkt. Übergangsweise geht es wohl zurück zu meinem alten #Oneplus3T mit #LineageOS, wo der Akku leider nicht besonders langlebig ist. Noch weiß ich nicht, wie es weiter geht. Vllt. langfristig ein #Fairphone4, sobald googlefreie ROMs verfügbar sind? Doch wieder was Gebrauchtes? Smartphones sind aktuell leider ziemlich teuer...

Hatte ich auch so beim #oneplus3t. Mit #LineageOS18 ging aber was mit Camera2 Api schief, da waren die Bilder nicht mehr lesbar.

Bin mit gebrauchten Oneplus Geräten mit puren #linageos ohne Google Services bisher gut gefahren. Hatte 2J #oneplus2, dann 3J #oneplus3t und jetzt #oneplus6. Immer aus zweiter Hand und sehr gut unterstützt durch #lineageos. Kann ich nur empfehlen.
Lange hatte ich gar keine #closedsource apps auf dem Ding, jetzt mal wieder #gcammod mit gekappten Berechtigungen und #gcamserviceprovider. #opencamera macht einfach schlechtere Photos.

Suchte für Familienangehörige neue Smartphones. Festgestellt, das mein fast 5 Jahre altes #oneplus3t mit #alubody, 6/64GB Speicher, #LineageOS18 immer noch Maß der Dinge für #smartphones ist.

@cooper I am on a #pixel3 now running #lineageos17. I had a #oneplus3t and ran #lineageos on there for years without issue. It is a solid phone.

Gallery app in #LineageOS18 is broken on #oneplus3t. When trying to edit a photo it crashes with an error "can not load photo". Also some pictures are just shown as black after taking them.

I finally had a chance to play with the #motog7 out of the box. It's faster and snappier than my #oneplus3t. Apps and webpages load faster on the #motog7. The amoled screen on the #oneplus3t looks better than the ips screen of the #motog7, especially with black shades and dark colors. But, this and higher resolution cameras are the only winning points for the #oneplus3t. It doesn't matter to me since I don't want my photos to be the size of a billboard.

I have a perfectly fine #oneplus3t running #lineageos15 . I want a new #motorola #motog7 so I can have a newer phone to also run #lineageos on. Persuade or dissuade me from making the purchase.

@Matter I simply don't trust the #Xiaomi devices. My price maximum is about 250 (USD) and I would like to get a device that is in new condition with newer specs than my #oneplus3t . The supported #Motorola devices are ugly (opinion purely).

I'm currently using a #oneplus3t running #lineageos with no #google whatsoever. I'm tempted to get a #MotorolaG7Plus or a #MotorolaG8Plus phone. (My #oneplus3t is awesome, but after 3 years, I am itching for a new phone). Official versions of #lineageos aren't supported for #MotorolaG7Plus or #MotorolaG8Plus so I plan on rooting the device so I can #degoogle it and remove proprietary apps as well. Would OTA updates from Motorola break or brick the phone thereafter?
