Pois é Marcus resolvi fazer aqui um Toots de apoio aos “Dokers Minimalistas”. Eu nos primeiros anos de Macintosh gostava de ter uma Dock cheia de aplicativos, mas ao longo do tempo fui aprendendo e mudando a minha forma de trabalahar. Here's mine : Breathing! I haven't really been 'breathless' but when my Doctor advised me to focus on this I did. Found some breathing exercises on the brilliant Balance App, & reading Breathe by James Nestor. Improved my energy, pacing & mood. #Breathing #Breathe
