Another fabulous meal at Sunrise #Deli! I had the Manhattan club (ham, turkey, bacon, lettuce, tomato, mayo) with onion rings. Hubby had the chicken cutlet #grinder with #OnionRings. Both were delicious and amazingly filling. Now excuse me while I conk out on the couch.

Went to Sunrise Deli again tonight and it was super delicious! I had the pastrami #reuben with a side of #OnionRings. The onion rings took up the entire container and were the beer battered type that I love! Finally an awesome place to eat in #WestHaven!! This #deli is better than any of our diners.

One of my favourite fish and chips shops ever, the now sadly departed Chamberlain's in Birmingham, used to do these ludicrously amazing #OnionRings (picture, right) that were practically a whole outer layer of onion in the thickest batter you've ever seen. I am on a quest to find something similar as they were so incredibly good.

Yesterday we had to go back to the IE. We ate at my son’s fave IE burger place. I haven’t eaten there in a few years so I forgot how much food is in a serving. About had a heart attack when they brought it to us. 😳
