Watching Rebecca act on the psychic’s in this episode, I kept thinking of the Oh No Ross & Carrie podcast.

Among many things they do on their podcast is visit psychics, and then rate their visit on several scales (cost, scientific accuracy, hot drink availability, etc.). One of those is the “Danger” rating.

The cost outlay and time outlay for Rebecca in this episode is large, but nothing she can’t spare. The emotional cost, though… 😭😭😭.

Fever hit 104 overnight. Took more Tylenol and some Mucinex, ate a bowl of ice cream, and layed here with a bag of ice on my head, listening to Oh No, Ross and Carrie to pass the time. Fever broke around 5am and I’ve been hovering between 97 and 99 for the last six hours, so going to continue home care. If I spike again during work I’ll call the Kaiser nurse line and ask if I need to go in to hospital or pick up some Paxlovid.
