Playing #OOTP baseball again and finally rediscovering why I enjoy single player games so much. It is such a breath of fresh air to be able to take things at my own pace. As much fun as I've had in online leagues with OOTP, I think I'd forgotten what it was like to just let loose and enjoy things.

I feel that if #MLBTheShow had its Diamond Dynasty mode where you could manage your team instead of being forced to control players, I would enjoy it far more.
That said, my expectation of #OOTP Baseball 19's Perfect Team mode is exactly this where you collect cards and build a team to manage instead of controling players. However, until more information is released on the latter I can only just wait and see. I am somewhat excited though to see OOTP's mode.

Tonight was pretty good. Perhaps I should start every evening after work with a cup of tea. Once I got settled down and got something to eat I had a very relaxing evening.

I did spend it mostly managing my last place fictional #OOTP #baseball team but hey, I’m enjoying it even if we are 14-25 (8 GB). Though, I’m beginning to get the urge to play a historical game instead of playing in the present day (technically 2018 in-game now) but I also want to take it one league at a time.

In real baseball:
I’m glad that Charlie Morton and Francisco Liriano got a ring though. It’s nice to see former #Pirates players getting success even if it’s not with the bucs anymore.

In fictional baseball:
Now it’s time for me to indulge in #OOTP all off-season and my fictional 2018 #Phillies team. Which is unfortunately in last place at present in my OOTP universe.

I really enjoy playing #OOTP because my reaction time late at night is fairly poor so playing MLB the Show isn't a great option. Plus I enjoy managing, which OOTP definitely does better.
