New month, new #OPA release! v0.56.0 brings experimental support for a new way of expressing rules ("general references in rule heads"), a "numbers.range_step" built-in function, a revamped ecosystem page, and as usual — a whole bunch of other features, improvements and fixes.

I finally got #opa working with #backstage to set up permissions and wrap it around the permissions framework. It took a few months (mostly doing it in my spare time when I had it) and many..many times I went through the "I'm not smart enough" and "it's just not possible to do" phases 😅
