Installed a VM just to see if I could vibe with it. The idea of an immutable system set up entirely through declarative configuration really appeals to me. I don't know if I need to dive in head first on a real machine and force myself to get use to it or what, but I opened the configuration file and was just immediately turned off by the whole thing. Just too comfy with , I guess. 😕

I know it doesn't fix absolutely every use case, but anytime I see people distrohop because they miss the or a specific app, I just want to jump into their replies and scream at the top of my lungs. It really has solved all of *my* distrohopping, at least.

I'm firmly on with an Distrobox specifically for the AUR, and I couldn't be happier with my setup.

Well...
Not change it today.
On the pros, it has a chameleon as spirit animal, minesweeper and solitaire is preinstalled.
On the con, it boots quite slowly and it feels weird somehow.
Ran into some problems with installing new browser, Brave not available. The "app-store" not working properly.
So I guess it has to go.

Well, I was bored and tried to create a double boot PopOS! and openSUSE...
Long things short, I should have read the instructions BEFORE... 🙈 😬 Now I have a single boot Suse.
At the moment. I don't like the feel somehow.
I'm not doing so much on my laptop so it shouldn't matter which OS I use, but it's about the out of the box feeling.
Propably I go back to Mint, I like best so far in the overall experience.

Honestly, the main reason why I use Linux is, it makes me feel so special and smart.
And I learn a lot, as I have to google up tons of shit, why my OS is behaving weirdly.
