This Whit Monday was quite productive for me: I learnt to align a photo of a form w.r.t. a reference image using #OpenCV and an example I found online (link at end).
The most important thing, I found, is to keep the image resolution low: no more than 150 dpi (or 1240×1754px) for A4 paper, both for the input and the reference image. Otherwise, you just get pixel soup.

101 followers · 608 posts · Server mamot.frC’était un lundi de Pentecôte bien productif pour moi : j’ai appris à aligner la photo d’un formulaire vis-à-vis d’une image de référence, tout ça grâce à #OpenCV et un exemple que j’ai trouvé sur Internet (lien en bas de ce pouêt).
Le plus important, j’ai trouvé, c’est qu’il faut veiller à ce que les images n’aient pas une résolution trop élevée. Sinon, plus rien ne fonctionne et le résultat est une bouillie de pixels.
