Vanochtend met ruim 40 mensen van overheidsdatahouders en MinBZK een kennissessie rond de high value open data verplichtingen die voor juni 2024 moeten zijn vervuld. In 2020 schreef ik een deel van de analyse die tot deze wet heeft geleid (het stuk over aardobservatie-, milieu,- en weerdata). Vanochtend kijken we met overheidsorganisaties wat er moet gebeuren. Hiermee start een interne impactanalyse, om vervolgens te beslissen hoe we het gaan organiseren. #EUHVDL #opendatadirective #opendata

Eindelijk! De uitvoeringsverordening bij de #opendatadirective mbt #EU High Value Data #HVDL is aanvaard! De eerste pan-EU #opendata verplichting. Publicatie half januari, implementatietijd v 16 maanden. Sinds de zomer werken we al met MinBZK en Geonovum samen met de betrokken datahouders aan de implementatie. Een uitvoeringstoets start in februari.

Finally! The #opendatadirective 's implementation regulation on #EU High Value Data #HVDL has been adopted! Publication in the Journal by mid January, implementation deadline after 16 months. Since the summer we've been already working with Dutch gov dataholders to start the implementation. An implementation impact assessment starts in February.

It's finally here published today: the proposal for the EU High Value Data list. The list for the first time makes open data publication mandatory for government concerning (for now) 6 themes (geographic information, meteorology, mobility, statistics, earth observation and environment, and company information)
