The fact that 'oh you can't challenge us legally and we can throw you out at any time' is a Hard 'Fuck You. No' from me. It's already INCREDIBLY difficult to contest problems. that just puts you at the same status as anyone dealing with an employer at a 'for hire' (read can be fired at any time for any reason) state.
