Using #NetworkPolicy in #Openshift just revealed a little obstacle. If you set a LoadBalancer Service from externalTrafficPolicy=Cluster to =Local the "Allow From Ingress" is no longer applied and you need to add a separate rule allowing the traffic via port - in this case UDP. Would be nice to understand why that is happening in the first place.

"no operators found in channel stable of package openshift-gitops-operator".

This is the error I got when installing cert-manager #operator on an #openshift test cluster. 2 hours later I know: there is no 'stable' channel for #gitops-operator any longer, there is 1.8, 1.9, etc. and 'latest'.

And according to various bug trackers there are issues with caching and operator lifecycle manager.

Filled quite lot of bugs to #coredns in 2 days.That server produces strange #DNS replies, often against RFC. Unfortunately it is not tech preview like #systemd-resolved, but widely deployed in #openshift production. Hope it's conformance can improve fast.

Yesterday we have found relatively major breakage of #EDNS0 usage in #coredns. Unlike traditional implementations like #bind9 it doesn't use it by default. As a core #dns component in #openshift, it is surprising how badly 15+ years old RFC were understood.

Latest release (v0.0.26) of the #OpenShift Group Sync Operator has been released! Features include:

* Certificate management for custom Azure certificates
