Apologies for the buffering and so delayed response to comments, seems 1 CPU probably won't do it in the end as I was maxing it out for the stream. Will do some tests to get that working better. Thanks for sticking through it and hanging out.

One thing I've noticed in Krita that I do way more than in Photoshop is rotating and navigating the canvas. Other than panning, I rarely manipulated the canvas in PS. In Krita, since the navigation is so effortless, I'm rotating, zooming, panning all to get the right angle and zoom while painting. Speeds up the process and probably saves my wrist and posture in the process.

LADS! Krita is pretty great, I'm not going to lie.

Been playing with it off and on the past couple weeks. I could see this easily taking over as my Photoshop equivalent.

Are you a raster image creator like myself but then on occasion want to open a vector image to get it rendered at the right size, but then also don't want to pay for Adobe Illustrator to open it a couple times a year...

Great news! there's a free open source vector art application option out there. Try out Inkscape!
