If you build with `JOINER=1`, that internally sets `DTLS=1`, which means it builds mbedTLS with all the smarts to do dTLS.
OpenThread also by default, statically allocates a 6KiB buffer for a heap for dTLS. On a TI CC2538SF53 in PM2, that's nearly half the RAM!
Build with `OPENTHREAD_CONFIG_HEAP_EXTERNAL_ENABLE=1` and implement `openthread/platform/memory.h` -- and you can save a massive amount of RAM!

A quick note: the esp32-h2 also exists, but I never found a way to buy it. Maybe the esp32-c6 gets more mainstream. Imagine #esphome support for this. Or do I ask too much @homeassistant ?

I was able to provision #Matter test device (Nordic #Thingy53 weather station) via my Android phone and see it on the hub! Now I just need to work out how to join it to my existing #OpenThread network.
