Swimming again, finally in β16Β°C water, it's still fresh, but super enjoyable and possible to swim a bit longer (15 min, today). The warm and sunny weather cause some other people to go swimming as well.

Eines meiner wichtigsten Utensilien: die Schwimmboje, welche man sich um die HΓΌfte schnallt.
1. Motorboote nehmen dich besser wahr.
2. Du hast deine Wertsachen in der aufblasbaren Boje dabei.
3. Bei KrΓ€mpfen in den Beinen beim Kraulen kannst du dich an ihr festhalten und wieder entspannen bzw. treiben lassen.
