Spent most of the last couple days dealing with issues with my physician's company (#Optum ) and the pharmacy I normally use (#GogoMeds ). Optum is doing a botched portal migration where most of my info is missing & Gogomeds has switched to a 3rd party, at least temporarily, to fill my Rx, but they lost 3 prescriptions in the process. Medical firms should have support for #ActuallyAutistic patients. This has taken all my energy in the last 2 days. Why are companies so careless?

I just went back to the :birdsite: specifically to call attention to an issue. Until companies and news organizations establish themselves here posting about their malfeasance won't have the same effect.
Short version: my doctor's office sold itself to a company, who sold it to another company, who sold it to megacorp Optum—who then decided not to negotiate with my insurance company. Now my family needs to establish with new doctors due to corporate greed. #Healthcare #Insurance #Optum
