#hellsite had tools to get rid of troublesome users?

I'm shocked!

Of course I'm not. While the missing laptop story is neither here nor there, and curiously doesn't "pwn the libs", it's interesting to me because of the following:

#election day 2016 I found myself on #hellsite conversing with Roseanna Arquette, and a certain Big #DNC Party Leader.

The gist of the back and forth, that went on until midnight, was my position that the DNC's insular perspective had blinded them to the possibility of 45 winning, and their marginalizing of the progressive movement would come back to haunt them. Smug confidence was misplaced and off putting to the Average Peasant.

Which I was right about.

To Arquette's credit, she remained civil. Said DNC personage did not. As I presented more evidence to back my claims, she began to get agitated, and at one point made a statement that I countered in a particularly succinct way.

I did not use ad hominems, cursing, or anything that could possibly violate #hellsite's TOS. But curiously, after hours of debating the subject (s), at that point a moment later I found myself locked out of Twitter.

For about a week.

"Ironically" not long after it was becoming clear 45 did have more than a chance. But don't listen to me, I'm just a peasant....

I found after I was allowed back on that I'd lost thousands of followers, and instead of my Tweets getting thousands of views, I was getting a repeatable 23 views. Over and over.

Instead of gaining multiple followers every day, I'd get one every few days; and then lose the same or more. My follower count magically stayed almost exactly the same for years; gain 2, lose 2. "Magic".

A year later I got an email from #hellsite saying that because a particular account followed me, I was suspected of being a "Russian" and my account had been throttled accordingly.

.....ok.

I'd say some shenanigans continued to go on with my account ever since.

Because of this I've maintained that obviously Special People had a tool to make executive calls on the Twitter platform. The reader should note that while I'm fervently anti-Red Team, I'm not by default Pro Corporate Blue Team. They're #AllCorrupt in my book.

But it's fascinating to see that the Red Team is bent on making The Story to be about the implications to the Limbo Laptop Theory, nothing is said about how the Peasantry were manipulated. It's not my fault they miscalculated #OrangeJebus 's chances, they didn't want to hear it.

And again, milquetoast attitudes towards what should be actual #BlueTeam ideals - #M4A, #Covid safety, #climatechange, #taxrelief not for corporations but peasants - this is why again, they're leaving the door open for MAGA Insanity.

It's not *my* fault. Turns out I'm not a Russian! I'm just a guitar teacher in South Carolina #USA. But I don't want Trump or some other MAGA crazy person as POTUS again, and I've given up on an independent party/candidate saving the day: it is wholly up to #BlueTeam to field candidates that aren't aimed at Hollywood but Middle 'Muruca. They've let the "progressive" movement go fringe and dilute their core numbers, and they're going to risk more if they continue to play Old School Politics. #RedTeam picked up the Wacky Median Drama gauntlet, #BlueTeam must try to mobilize the rest: get NEW numbers. Don't rely on continuing to hope you get the same expected turnout. It's cutting too close.

Fleecing demographics no longer works in a post-internet age.
