Dendrobium winter rest https://www.allforgardening.com/607509/dendrobium-winter-rest/
How it’s going / how it started. Aerangis punctata x self. Grew these from seed in vitro. First flowers on this batch, plated in October 2021. I gave these a cold, dry winter rest which seemed to stimulate flowering compared to their siblings that had a more moderate temperature rest period. https://www.allforgardening.com/607270/how-its-going-how-it-started-aerangis-punctata-x-self-grew-these-from-seed-in-vitro-first-flowers-on-this-batch-plated-in-october-2021-i-gave-these-a-cold-dry-winter-rest-which-seemed-to-stim/

New tiny babies, where to I start? https://www.allforgardening.com/606661/new-tiny-babies-where-to-i-start/
my neighbor's husband was thinning out his #orchids, so now i am the owner of this tangled mess of little red orchids.
these are #epiphytes & as far as i can tell, don't need any soil at all. roots come out of the stem, and as the stem gets longer, more roots come out of the newer parts of the stem.
the flowers are tiny, but they are cute ^-^

I have this orchid growing at work and I’ve been watching it for a year. I repotted it and regularly water and fertilize it. New roots have appeared below and new leaves are actively growing. I really hope to see it bloom. Have you seen such cases before? Any prognosis, opinions, advice? https://www.allforgardening.com/605932/i-have-this-orchid-growing-at-work-and-ive-been-watching-it-for-a-year-i-repotted-it-and-regularly-water-and-fertilize-it-new-roots-have-appeared-below-and-new-leaves-are-actively-growing/
