I just read "Inclusion on Purpose" by Ruchika Tulshyan. Very good read, especially for #GlobalMajority women. Gives perspectives on #organisationalchange, #intersectionality, #livedexperience as a South Asian woman growing up in Singapore and the US. It's a great read. I suggest #EDI leaders and practitioners in this space pick up the book.
