Cell Structure Design is about creating a consistently , and organization that's capable of sustainable high performance. Such a structure, or "transformation" is achieved within no more than 8 to 12 weeks (it should not take longer!). We usually do this through the approach to transformation. But I am currently undertaking a client transformation just through the approach - which in some cases is also feasible. It's a company of 140 people from 15 or so countries.

Cell Structure Design: Create a consistently decentralized organization within just 8 to 12 weeks. @NielsPflaeging is currently doing this with a company of 140 people from 15 or so countries. This is organizational transformation that deserves the name - and it still just takes a few months.
