I'm not doing #RpgADay but question five has been interesting to see answered. It's almost always some variety of old-school D&D.

Mine would also be D&D, specifically the LBBs of OD&D. My first time with it was using the first published module, Palace of the Vampire Queen by Wee Warriors (1976). Very memorable campaign and where I first experienced a DM strictly adhering to the resource management aspect of the old game, which opened a new gaming world for me.
