The recent #SCOTUS rulings are going to wreck havoc. They have opened the door for suppressed groups to seek #revenge for all the bs practices that organizations have built-in for decades. Let's see what the pos #justices rule on these cases. I'm sure they'll find some #originalist argument to defend #suppression. All groups need to do the same. Break the system!

It's ridiculous how this #Republican-controlled #SupremeCourt takes a narrow, #Originalist view of the #SecondAmendment, yet asserts a less narrow interpretation of the #FirstAmendment, opting not to use the same originalist approach.

Speech:
the expression of or the ability to express thoughts and feelings by articulate sounds.

If they were consistent, they would state that "creating a website" is not Speech.

@Teri_Kanefield @justiceLICSW @gaffa obvious from the laws passed by Southern states that it was put there by enslavers. I did note the books, got more reading to do. Although the Constitution originally made allowances for slavery, it was not perfect and has been amended to correct injustices. Hope we don’t go backwards. Not an #Originalist
