Oh wat leuk! #orthodontist 😂

My #orthodontist has scheduled me for two appointments same day and the first is at the inhumane hour of 9:30 am. I asked if I could arrive in my jammies and she laughed and said yes. I think she thought I was kidding.

I mean, they can't even pay me enough to wear a bra to my *office*, the chances of me getting out of my PJs for an appointment *I am paying to be at* are honestly sub-zero.

Re last boost (oral health/menstrual cycle connection):

I needed #braces as an adult, and the first #orthodontist I consulted told me to improve my #OralHygiene first. Huh?

My oral hygiene was and remains excellent. Hygienists give me glowing feedback. Every. Time.

I think the orthodontist didn't know about the menstrual cycle connection, presumably saw some redness/mild swelling and didn't bother to look at anything else.

(I chose a different orthodontist.)
