''Case is under 18 yrs old, w/ no comorbidities, resident in #Michigan, who developed respiratory illness on 29 7 '23. Case presented w/ #fever, cough, sore throat, muscle aches, headache, shortness of breath, diarrhea, nausea, dizziness, & lethargy. On 29/7 case sought medical care at an ED, & an upper respiratory tract specimen was collected on 30/7. Specimen tested + for influenza A virus on same day. On 1/8, patient received #Oseltamivir.''
