For project community meetings, if you do introductions when new members join, you need to do a round of introductions of *everyone*. Otherwise, you're creating a power imbalance where the new people don't know anyone.

If the meeting is too big to intro everyone, then pick 2-3 "old timers" to introduce as well as the new people.
