Qualcuno di voi usa #Zammad per la gestione dei ticket? Avevo iniziato a provarlo, perché vorrei sostituirlo ad #OSticket, ma mi pare un po' più ostico e meno flessibile. Poi per questioni di tempo ho dovuto interrompere la "sperimentazione".

And, #osTicket just fell out of the competition for my ticketing system, almost entirely because LDAP support:

• No support for user/search filters
• No support for specifying what attributes map to what fields (such as the app expecting gn when my DIT use givenName)
• Configuration UI doesn't correctly render state of the "use for staff / use for client" checkboxes
• Doesn't allow auth for users not in local database too ???
• Cannot ADD local users because serialization errors!

Jetzt quäl ich mich mit Ticketsystemen rum. #osticket klappt die Anbindung an #ldap nicht. #otrs /#znuny ist für die Anforderung eigentlich schon zu wuchtig. Muss aber lokal installiert sein und Anbindung an LDAP ist Pflicht. Finde Momentan keine andere brauchbare Alternative. #followerpower
