Constructing this mega project on shale instead of anchoring it on bedrock has the expected costs ballooning from 3 billion to 16 billion! As a resident and ratepayer for BChydro I have no idea what the amount of this enormous debt will be passed on to consumers. #RenewableEnergy #Geothermal #OtherRenewableOptions
