Ich finde es einigermassen witzig, dass #OTRS ausgerechnet mit SLA Funktionaliteten wirbt, obwohl sie genau das im wesentlichen garnicht koennen.

Scheis, drecks #OTRS. Ich versuche seit ne Woche OTRS wegen oauth zu aktualisieren . Jedesmal schlägt das fehl. Jetzt grade mit

#OTRS raubt mir den letzten Nerv!

Jetzt quäl ich mich mit Ticketsystemen rum. #osticket klappt die Anbindung an #ldap nicht. #otrs /#znuny ist für die Anforderung eigentlich schon zu wuchtig. Muss aber lokal installiert sein und Anbindung an LDAP ist Pflicht. Finde Momentan keine andere brauchbare Alternative. #followerpower
