Love this- finding that #BasicIncome pilot trials in #Ottowa have improved health outcomes & led to fewer interactions with justice system- maybe time for a #UBI to go beyond test trials?

My first trip to #Ottowa which was quite a while ago I remember waking up during the night to some noise that I later found out they were cleaning the streets/polishing the monuments ( I surmised). I noted that when we spoke to natives they were polite enough to wait and see if you spoke English or French before knowing which language to respond in.
