I think it may be way overcounting #outages in #Orange County?
But now its up to 2.2 million, 16k plus outages. Just can't be right

The #CASIO system is seeking peak demand right now, and there are #outages too. The bulk are planned outages in #SCE at around 9k customers, with over 3k on unplanned outages. #PGE is seeing over 2k of customer outages.
