It is nearly #beltane so the chidlren at forest school made preparations, creating mini maypoles, Green man clay faces, we collected hawthorn leaves and made tea, told Beltane stories and sung songs. In the week running up to #Easter the children at forest school have made prints using Hapa Zome, bashing flowers with a mallet between two pieces of fabric, they have build wonderful dens, planted new ferns and made little protective fences around them and created a fairy house from natural materials. #OutdoorEdChat #ForestSchool #HomeEducation #SelfDirectedPlay
