Significantly one #labour controlled #outerlondon #borough has responded already by announcing its own supplementary scheme. That must have taken some courage in that the party there contains influential anti- #ulezextension and anti-khan elements.

Looking forward over the next few months it seems possible that there may be up to four more byelections to come - one in #scotland and the remaining three in #england. The one in #scotland looks a textbook misconduct one - which means that #labour will most likely win it from the #snp. The three in #England are #midbedfordshire - where everyone is waiting for #nadinedorries to get round to actually resigning - #tamworth (currently represented by #chrispincher ) and one in #outerlondon .
