It was first recorded and released by British #poprock artist #RodStewart on his 1988 album #OutOfOrder. Originally intended as a song for #country artist #BarbaraMandrell, Stewart ultimately claimed the song for himself. It was later covered in 2011 by American country artist #SaraEvans and released as the second single from her sixth studio album, #Stronger.

ntg.nl, the mailing lists, and https://wiki.contextgarden.nl are unreachable. The server’s disk controller appears to have had a fatal arrest. R. is picking it up from the data center to see if it will continue working with a different controller.
More news tomorrow, after R’s surgery. We were planning to retire the hardware anyway, but in typical Murphy fashion it has decided to given up a few weeks too soon :(
