I have learned a lot of things about myself & my needs lately (& keep learning) regarding beeing #ActuallyAutistic. Unfortunately at my parents' especially w/Dad it's a constant fight for boundaries, dealing w/ #triggers & his #overbearing, #toxic behaviours. Mom has some of it but is not at all this thickheaded & domineering. He's also showed multiple times that he doesn't want to change & will take suggestions/protest poorly when he doesn't understand 1/n
