A real-life example of automatically generated alt texts for logos by an #a11y #overlay. My favourites are "logo, company name", and "text" 😅

If I were lazy (and wouldn't know better), I'd leave it like that because all automated testing tools now pass due to a present alt text.

I just talked to an #overlay company. They told me how much they focus on educating developers and not just popping an overlay on top of a website.

But, when I asked them why their website doesn’t respond to my reduced motion system setting preference, and I have to disable movement in their overlay (which then doesn’t work for all elements on their site), I got a lot of marketing blah as an answer. So you are educating developers on #a11y with your services? Educate your own first.
