Suicidal ideation started for me at around the age of 10 or 11. I remember being in my room in juvie and thinking how much I would rather be dead. I had ptsd. My "treatment" never addressed the ptsd, nor did it bother with my previous ADHD diagnosis. At no point did any psychologist/iatrist ever bother to render effective treatment. Their only concern was medication. Well, medication does not help me. #overmedicated #quackery #psychiatry
