#Ozempic is wild. Been on it for a bit over 3 weeks, still on the minimum (supposedly non-theraputic) dose, and food obsession, random cravings, mindless overeating, evening binges... all gone. I literally would plan and look forward all day to the junk I would eat, but I'm... just not interested anymore.

I lost 100+ lbs back in 2012 with strict dieting (which I've tried unsuccessfully many times since to replicate), but it was a constant mental battle and wasn't sustainable. Game changer.
