If you're not familiar with The Angels, find a live recording of Am I Ever Gonna See Your Face Again, if you can.

It wasn't written in the song, but there is a traditional way for audiences to answer the question when they play it live.

Some hard rock to start my Friday: The Angels.
One of the great Australian rock acts of the late 70s and 80s, The Angels (known as Angel City in the US) were often in the shadow of AC/DC and never had the same success outside of Australia. But they were a great band in their own right, with a wildly charismatic lead singer Doc Neeson.

Today's recommendation is a live album from one of Australia's best hard rock bands - Cog. Amazing songs, incredible live shows

In an era where every Australian band who found an audience in the 1980s has reformed, the reunion of Sunnyboys will go down in history as one of the least expected, and most warmly received. The beloved Sydney powerpop quartet peaked early, releasing a classic debut album in 1981 before flaming out like a comet, derailed by overwork and lead singer Jeremy Oxley’s long struggle with schizophrenia.

Ahead of their farewell tour, the beloved 1980s power-pop band reflect on their time together, Australia’s affection for them and playing ‘slightly slower’ than they once did.

My are generally pretty quiet. I live in a building of 12 units and we’ve rarely had really noisy neighbours. Occasionally, you’ll hear them when footy season is in full swing, or if they’re having a celebration, but they’re pretty good about keeping the noise down when it gets late. We even had a bunch of guys in a band living directly next door and we’d hear them practising but it was GOOD! Today, someone is playing 90s and it is amazing. I’m just sitting here chilling, singing along to their music.

This is your reminder to everyone posting selfies in their King Gizzard or Daryl Braithwaite sorry that Aus Music T-Shirt Day is about raising awareness of the great work done by Support Act to help people in the music industry who've fallen on hard times. Gray to see you wearing the shirts, bit of should be great if you could donate some dosh to support those doing it tough.
