Just crossed the border from #Germany to #Denmark where #Shengen has recently been suspended. Lots of border guards got on the train at #Padborg, as far as I could tell they checked everyone's passport (it was a train with compartments). But we only left about 5 minutes late, and reached the next station, #Kolding, on time.

#Padborg 🇩🇰 yard used to be a place (or still is a place, which I ignore since I haven’t been there for years) where a number of round-nosed #Nohab diesels had been stored. Pictured here, on a photo I’ve taken in July 2006, is former #DSB MX 1030, named “Ellen”. The six-axle class MX locos were built in the early 1960s.
