Boxing in the park, my favorite and it was coldAF -- really it was the winds; but we still managed to bust down 4 games of paddleball (won 3 <rubs nails on clothing> -- not too shabby). And used Capoeira to play. Think Angola, very low games.

We threw some JKD in our practice today (we always do) as well as some of the different boxing like dirty boxing -- because we tend to lean heavy in the idea of keeping what appears useful. 🫶

About to cook some Tikka Masala with paneer so lets get to it. Make this house smell like spices. mmmmm
