AWA, a great organization, is creating a new paddlesports code which the AWA argues will be "and informational, covering necessary equipment, identifying hazards, and on-water safety skills and techniques for traveling whitewater rivers safely" Which is awesome, except, in a quick review of the code it will create a nightmare for commercial rafting rec-law.us/3HSNyhD
