Kentucky is a state that permits child marriages without parental consent when a girl is pregnant, and has outlawed abortions - all while claiming drag queens and lgbtq people are harming kids just by existing.

Except it's not the drag queens that are harming little girls, it's sexualizing them in kiddie porn pageants like this one, coming up in April in Harrodsburg, Ky.

How many grown men will be there gawking at little girls dressed in bathing suits, evening wear, and negligee?

How many little girls are learning that their value in life is how sexy and grownup they can look?

This is many christian's idea of wholesome activities, by the way. Not having a book read to you, but parading a child's body around.

@MikeElgan I have an issue with things like Miss Universe. There is far too much of a focus on image/looks. Women (and all people for that matter) are so much more than how they look.

There needs to be a serious conversation about why contests such as this are given any airtime at all.
