Idea for a new PagerDuty + Slack integration: At the start of your on-call shift it changes your profile picture to the Doom guy and for each paged event you get during your shift it adds damage cycling through each of the phases of damage he takes during the game.
There have been shifts where my profile pic would show him as dead by the end of the first hour.

Asked it to write a quick script using the #PagerDuty API.
I needed to add 16 days of half-day on-call shift schedule overrides, equally balancing morning, evening, and weekend shifts between a team of 4 (for a high traffic event).
Worked out really well!
