Of the many infuriating things about this #Painkiller show, the use of a Connectix webcam with what appears to be a Commodore 64-era monitor and a PC clone is something that could have been easily avoided.

My wife and I started watching the first episode of "Painkiller" on Netflix and we had to turn it off halfway through.

The overacting and unrealistic dialogue was too much, only half an hour in. It took an almost glib approach to the material. It's an extremely pale imitation of Dopesick, which we thought was excellent.
