Just finished running We Be Heroes for my Pathfinder group. The cockatrice fight was absolutely brutal to them. None of them could roll above a 5 and the cockatrice petrified two PCs, and the others escaped to the epilogue in which most of their goblin clan is killed by undead and they scrape a tough living on the streets of Absolom. It was brutal.
