Repost of #cetacean evo piece. Pakicetus, Ambulocetus, Aegicetus, Dorudon, to scale. Lots of guesswork with soft tissues here. I gave Dorudon tiny external hindlimbs, and Aegicetus a beaver-like tail. I have yet to see an Ambulocetus recon that makes it look like a real animal. #drawing #palaeoart
