Why? Because you don't think Christian or Muslim states can practice apartheid or you just don't think the same definition should apply to them as is being applied to the Jewish one?

According to the PA Jews can not buy or own land in the west bank. They have no rights to that land even if their families have lived their fir thousands of years and have the deeds of sale.

@Miro_Collas garbage. Jews are not permitted to be citizens of "Palestinian". They can not vote, own land, hold a job and are not protected by the law.
