@actuallyautistic If you know what #echolalia and #palilalia is: i always feel the urge to speak out loud words, company names or sentences i read. Do you experience similar feelings? Is there a name for that (that i could speak out loud^^)?

Having mild #dyslexia and #palilalia has always been a bit of an up hill battle when I'm writing or talking to people, but I've never let the issues get to me (too much) and I soldier on and enjoy what I do.
